Hello,

  We have been able to successfully login and FTP a test file testftp.txt with the hosting information that is on file and the same information that was sent out to you.  Please check the email that was sent to you that contained the ftp servername, ftp port number, username & password.  All 4 pieces of information need to be correct, for a successful login to the FTP server.  If you do not know where to enter the FTP Port number, please consult the software help files.  If you are behind a firewall please contact your IT department for more help.
